I've used them before. Much more reasonable cost than others. We have a lot of multi-pane windows. Other services charge by the pane which really jacks up the price. These guys came, cleaned the windows and screens, and all in good time and at a good price. Will hire them again.

It was raining that day. They were right on time and got right to work. While they worked, the leaves and such made a horrible mess around the house. When they left they had raked/swept up everything. Not just the mess from their work. The yard was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. I will hire these guys again.

My vent appears to have some type of blockage or potentially a hole in it. When the technician came to clean it, the head of the brush broke off and was left in the duct. The technician indicated I needed duct repair service that was out of their scope. While I appreciate the effort that was made, the result of their work has now left me with additional complications I now need to repair. The response from the service men was along the lines of this is not my problem.

"I’m sorry about the end result of your dryer vent. When we first arrived you had zero air flow coming out of your vent. We figured there might be a lint clog inside your vent somewhere so we decided to try to clean it for you. It turned out there was no air flow because there was a rip/hole inside the run of your dryer vent. Because we tried our best to clean your vent, the brush end of our dryer vent sticks got stuck inside that rip/hole. If we used any more force to pull it out we risked tearing even more your of dryer vent up which we did not want to do. This was a rare incident and it’s unfortunate for both of us. We are clearly stated as only a dryer vent cleaning company, we do not do repairs or installation. Of course we never wanted any of this to happen but your vent needs to be repaired instead of cleaned. We just found that out the hard way. I tried my best to explain to you what was happening and even gave some insight on what the dryer repair people might do to help fix your vent. We also proceeded to not charge you anything. I’m sorry you felt let down by our work, we just ran into something out of our control. I hope you can get your dryer vent repaired without any issue and we hope you have a great summer."

Both Shane and Corey are delightful young men who exhibited true professionalism and dedication to the work they did. They were clean, efficient, thorough and when they were finished, nothing needed to be done by me. My windows were clean and shiny, inside and out,my screens were cleaned, and they cleaned the tracks, which is not done by most window cleaning companies. When I need to get my gutters cleaned, they will be the ones I contact! I would recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning done.

It was great! The job was a little complicated-- I would NOT have been able to do it myself. The vent was a little blocked but everything came out and now works better than ever.

I had Shane and Corey to my house to clean my gutters out last week. They make a great team. They didn't waste anytime getting their equipment out to get the job done. They cleaned up any messes that fell on the ground below. I am very happy with the work they did and will definitely have them back out next year.

Oh My Goodness! These guys are AWESOME! They were on time, quick, very thorough, friendly, left the place cleaner than they found it! I would highly recommend PrimeTime. You can't go wrong with them. Prime Time did a super job on the many windows in our home! They called to give an estimate the same day I requested one and gave a good price that beat all the other quotes I had. They called five minutes before the appointment time to say they were on their way. They were polite and very professional, and careful while in my home. The windows look WONDERFUL, inside and out. They did a fabulous job and went the extra mile. Were here for 2.5 hours and took my screwed in screens off and replaced, and cleaned the sills. I would most definitely hire them again and tell friends and neighbors to hire them. You can't go wrong with this outfit. I've hired many window cleaners over the years who did a terrible job for more money then I was charged with this company. I recommend them.

Extremely well. Got back to me quickly with a reasonable price quote and schedule. Showed up when they said they would and performed all tasks promised. Shane and his partner worked very efficiently as a team and the finished product exceeded my expectations.
