Prime roofing

Jose and his team responded quickly and efficiently to our emergency during the big wind storm recently. He was able to tarp the roof (in the pouring rain and wind) to prevent further water damage and was able to return to complete the roofing job timely. We are very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail of Jose and his crew. They communicated well with our insurance adjuster and with us. They showed up on time every work day and worked hard to complete the job. In spite of the stress of this event in our lives we could not be happier with our experience with Prime Roofing.

Jose was really great to work with and helped us patch an area of roof exposed from a loss of shingles during the recent storm. He helped us put felt on the area to protect it from further rain. He was quick to respond to our call the same day and gave us a fair price for the work he did the same day. Appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism.

I am still having someone come out and do the roof and reviewing bids. However, Prime was out there immediately, and with rains coming, offered to patch my roof and a reasonable cost. They were fast, clean, fantastic to work with, and I am definitely thinking of using them again. He also wore his mask and was very considerate of our family, and I appreciate that I didn't have to talk to him about it. He was already being safe. Simply stated, Jose was great!

Jose was very professional and did a great job. We had multiple projects from out buildings with metal roofs to our home shingle roof. He gave a clear estimate, stuck to it, came on time, communicated well and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself very carefully. Prices were very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Overall the service was excellent. When they came out they climbed up and actually looked at the roof and the supports. Quote was quick and detailed and reasonable. Fast service and finished the job without issue. They even painted the new support wood for us without charging extra. Little things like that are very appreciated. They made sure to clean up after too. Excellent overall.

It went great, they were always on time and did a very professional job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Jose showed up on time for initial review. He took pictures from inside the attic and showed me where it was leaking. He repaired it the next Saturday after roof dried a little as roof is vey steep. Appears to have done a good job. True test will be when we get heavy rains but I believe it is repaired.
