I go here for all my auto service needs, including oil changes. I bought the car from here, and have been going there for at least 13 years. You can make an appointment, and get an express oil change. They have coupons sometimes where you can get an oil change for $29.99. They're lobby is comfortable, and they have a television to watch. They also have free water and coffee. It generally takes about 30 minutes to get an oil change. They are not pushy for up selling items. They are very informative, and tell you exactly whats going on with your car so you can make a decision on what to use. They always make sure that your car is safe to drive.

I return because it's where I bought the car. They're knowledgeable about Acuras, and the service is good. I can drop the car off and get a loaner car, so I don't have to worry about transportation.

Though I cannot recall my salesman's name, I had a very good experience with Niello Acura. I was able to make an appointment with him while discussing an advertised vehicle. The sales floor staff offered water or coffee while I waited for him to finish up with another person. He took time to ask what I needed in a car, and helped me decide the higher priced wagon model wasn't the best fit. He was patient with my questions. Unlike most of the dealerships I looked into, this salesman had been with the company for years. It was the first time the salesman knew more about the model than I learned on new car research sites. No one seemed offended by my question based on my research, and they did not denigrate other dealers or competing makes. He did not try to sell me on expensive options I didn't want, like navigation. The package I purchased had this feature anyway because I like the car as a whole. My payment options (purchase now vs. lease vs. lease w/ end of term purchase) were honestly reviewed. I could tell he wanted me to make an informed purchase, I did not feel pressured at all. The salesman did not have the manager come in to ask and quot; what can I do to get you to by the car todayand quot;. He introduced me to the manager after I decided to purchase. I later learned the salesman stayed at work over an hour past his clock-out time to make the sale. To top it all off, the finance manager called me two days after the sale. He found a loan with better terms and asked me to come in to compete new paperwork. The purchase price was fair and in line with what I saw on consumer websites. Acuras don't have a lot of haggle room. My car was actually a bargain because the standard level was really well equipped compared to the other cars I considered. I moved out of the Sacramento area recently, but would definitely recommend Niello Acura , and the Acura make to a friend or coworker. I actually have a friend who plans to visit the dealership because she was so impressed with my vehicle and my experience.

I have taken my car there before. The shop knows what it is doing. They are efficient, courteous, and professional. They are not the least expensive...but they are also not the most expensive. I think their work is high quality and I appreciate how easy they made it for me to get a loaner car for the service period. They are very good.

Niello Acura gave us the opportunity for an extended test drive--much appreciated as this was our first experience with an Acura. The car sold itself. All the staff were friendly and helpful--no pressure. The price and trade-in negotiations were efficient and professional. We were satisfied with the result and bought the car. The work they do is very good
I'd call them an above average Acura dealer. The technicians are excellent. The service writers (the guys who take the work orders) are more problemsome. I have the feeling that a number of them do not have a sold background in the automotive repair field.
If the issue is at all mysterious or complex and you have some expertise, ask to talk to a technician. My cigarette lighter was working intermittently.
The problem had been diagnosed in the Bay Area by my former dealership who has excellent service writers and technicians.
It turns out there was an intermittent in between the lighter itself and the electrical wires. I ordered the part and brought it with me to Niello. The service writer seemed unable to understand the problem had already been diagnosed and I just wanted the part installed. After some back and forth they complied and the problem was gone.
The point is the service providers are mediocre but the technicians are great.

Update: I went in for routine service and replacement of a broken part. Once again, I found that the work done was good, but the service writers were terrible. They were more interested in chatting with each other than with me. I found them dismissive and condescending as well as ill informed on some issues.

I still think they are above average, but I miss the Acura dealers in Silicon Valley where the service departments were really sharp.

BTW, the people in the parts department are pleasant, obliging and competent.

There's usually a wait but it's usually less than an hour. They give you a complimentary car wash if you want it. They do a good job. They have a nice waiting room.

They are really good at keeping the scheduled appointment you have with them. The mechanics and staff are all very friendly and they know what they are doing.
