Service was not as described. Denied a refund. Took photos of before and after to prove that even the most mundane tasks such as glasswork and dusting was not done. They promised to focus on my kids rooms and instead skipped my kids rooms despite my reminding multiple times to mainly focus on my kids rooms. Worst maid service I have ever used. Very poor customer service. $705 for two and a half hours of four women gossiping and doing nothing more than vacuuming is ridiculous. Vacuuming that I repeatedly stressed did not need done. It also took three days for them to get back to me after three days of my leaving voicemails. They did not try to resolve this at all. Very rude and unprofessional. Let this be a warning to others. Do not use this service!

They send 3 people for 1 hour and 45 minutes, or 2 people for 2 hours. The service is good. They're very nice and work really hard. They're fast and do whatever you ask them to do. They always have someone on board who speaks English.

I am always happy with the work they do. Ladies are very polite and friendly as well as professional. They are very reliable. I plan my busy schedule around the time planned for them to come and they are always prompt. In the past 8 years I have used them I have always been happy with their work. Staff in the office are always responsive and very professional. The service may be more expensive than other independent services, but because they have reliable transportation and are so reliable to be at my home at the time planned, it's worth it.

We've used them around five years. They send a team of three people.  I like that they show up when they say they will and bring enough people to get in and out.

They seem to be very, very good. I’ve been very happy with their work and they are quick. Everything looks wonderful. When they send a team out, they almost always send the same team so you get to know them. Team number 3 usually comes to my home. The price is expensive but I have to have the work done and they are really good. They call the day before they come and they are always right on time.

They are very good. They are always reliable and the service is reputable.

The ladies were very nice, one could speak english so the other one translated. I feel they took too long being here were 2 of them for 3 hours each. It was so expensive I cannot afford them again. I will use alternative methods.

I thought I had been keeping up with the cleaning until I saw the results of THEIR work!! Nice job Team #6!. There was one corner wall that got scuff marks just above the baseboard from something. They were very careful about it not being from the vacuum electric chord so we're not sure what caused it. The mop? Cleaning supply basket? I had checked ALL the corners just prior to them coming and all were clean. This had been a problem when I had them cleaning in the past (last year) but after communicating this to Molly Maids they worked diligently to figure out just exactly how it was happening (even testing it out in their office). I think we had it all figured out. I was satisfied.
THEN they emailed me a survey. I was fine with continuing their service but one of the questions asked was: Would I recommend them to my friends. And I had to answer No. I was afraid my friends' walls would get scuffed and my friends would call ME with complaints. Not something I wanted to risk. BUT I was not going to fire them! We had it worked out but I guess they assumed that was the end of it for me. They didn't call me the couple days ahead to give me the time so I just let it end. I thought I could do it all just fine myself. BIG MISTAKE. LOL
So when I decided to hire a cleaning service again, I checked with my friends. They all had just a single person that came and it took them two to four hours. I did not want to be tied up that long! I love that Molly Maids uses Teams. In and out and only an hour and 15 minutes. PLUS I felt very, very comfortable with the Owner Lisa, the Office Manager/Scheduler Liz and all of the ladies that work so hard. SOOO I called Molly Maid of Placer County again. They welcomed me back so enthusiastically. I actually was concerned that they might be rude to me or mad. NOT! 
It's very important to me to feel comfortable around people working in my house or yards. I don't speak Spanish but they understand most of my English. There is always at least one team member that speaks pretty good English. Plus so much can be conveyed by using our hands, making gestures, pointing, etc.! We do quite well.
I had only a couple other minor things that I didn't like but all it took was a very easy and quick call  or email to Liz or Lisa. Problem handled. 
I am thrilled to have them back. Oh, and I have them come every 4 weeks. You can pick what day is best for you and what time and they will find the way to make it happen. Plus I gave them the key to my house so I don't have to be there and I travel a lot. I trust them.

The ladies are always prompt and the team is in and out quickly, which I like. If you want someone who scrubs the floor, etc. on hands and knees, and gets every single piece of dirt, this isn't the service for you, but for basic cleaning, they do a decent job.

The team of two ladies arrived 10 minutes early. They were very professional and thorough. After getting my approval, they stayed an extra hour (with very minimal increase in cost) to make sure the job was complete.
I will now be contacting Molly Maid of Placer County regarding regular cleaning of my personal home.

Since I've had Molly Maid of Placer County for ten years, I obviously like the job they do.  I think they're great!  They clean well, they're nice, and the office staff are kind and helpful.  I really like this company.
After many years, I discovered I could be assigned the same team for each cleaning rather than have a different team each time.  (Molly Maids' teams are made up of two employees.)  I like all the teams, but one team I especially liked.  So, for the last year, I've had this team of two women coming.  We're always glad to see each other. They are very likeable people, and I enjoy them.
Molly Maids' teams clean thoroughly. Once or twice I've had them go over something again, but only once or twice.  I often leave notes around the house to give directions to not clean a certain room or to vacuum this thing that usually doesn't get vacuumed.  They always do what I've asked and with a cheerful attitude. 
I don't recall anything ever being broken, but I've read they have a good rule regarding breakages.  
I am always happy with the cheerful cleaning I get from Molly Maid of Placer County.  I must be, or I wouldn't have been hiring them for ten years.

They were good but spent a lot of time talking in Spanish. Sometimes their attitudes were not good.
I don't think they should talk in Spanish when they are working unless its about the work they are doing. No talking just work.
Basically they do a good job, they are trust worthy. Yes I would recommend them to a friend.

They are excellent.  They are a little pricey, but they are so thorough.  If anything is wrong they fix it immediately.  They keep the same people with me which are great.  I referred them to my daughter who lives in a different area and she was ecstatic with them.  They seem to be consistent across their franchise.

I do plan to use them in the future. I do like them a lot. They did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the job that they did. They had a really complete list. They asked me if I want this done or not, and they were very thorough about that kind of thing. I had one situation where I needed not to use bleach on something and they were very accommodating on that.

I was in a panic because I had in-laws coming for a visit and, as a business owner, my choice was either to neglect my work for clients while I cleaned or have company come to a dirty house. I was an emergency job, but the dispatcher who took the call was pleasant, professional and understanding of my situation. Molly Maid was able to have two extremely competent women come the same day I called. Both were pleasant, asked questions about exactly what I wanted done, confirmed that I was okay with the amount of time spent, and then followed through on everything. They spent approximately three hours and did an amazing job--even were able to magically remove a hard-water ring in an older toilet fixture that I could never figure out how to get rid of. It was such a relief, and I was able to continue taking care of my clients with the peace of mind that the housecleaning part was taken care of. The house looked great! As soon as business picks up a little bit more, I intend to hire them for regular service... In the meantime it's good to know there's someone I can call in a pinch.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB AND ARE EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. THEY HAVE A GOOD ROUTINE THAT THEY FOLLOW. IF I NOTICE SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.
