The service was excellent. Mike was very careful with the clock and respectful in my home. He also balanced the clock perfectly which I believe had never been done in the 11 years I have owned the clock. I would definitely recommend Mike. He is also very friendly.

Was very happy with work and outcome. I attempted to contact Mike in the last month and so far have not been able to reach him via his cell phone. Starting to wonder if he still does this kind of work. A loss to all of us if he no longer is in business.

Mike gave me an estimate for repairing my clock that was 30% less than another estimate I received. After reading his reviews on Angie's List and considering the price I had him do the repair. He did an excellent job and we are satisfied with the operation of the clock. He seems to be extremely knowledgeable about clocks and explained details of my clock that were helpful. He works out of his house which helps keep his prices low. We have a six month warranty on the work which I appreciate. I would recommend this company to others.

A grandfather clock is kind of a high-maintenance item! Mike explained thoroughly and carefully what was involved with the cleaning and callibrating. The whole process took about three weeks -- longer than he expected because he ran into some problems with it. He was on time for both appointments -- picking it up and re-installing it.
