MD Concrete

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED IN THE TIME FRAME AND PRICE RANGE DISCUSSED.  THEY HAD SOME GOOD SUGGESTIONS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP DAILY.

HOWEVER, Mark stopped the "d***" in a way that makes it look incomplete or like he ran out of material.  He did not ask me what I thought of doing that, so when I told him I didn't like it, he became a little argumentative.  In my business, if there's anything we can do to appease the client and make them happier, we do it.  Mark basically said he would come back and finish it the way I wanted and acid wash the new concrete at the same time.  He promised to be here last Thursday and never came. 
It's the details that matter to customers.  I would have easily recommended him to others, but now that he's just dropped me and is refusing to make things right, I cannot refer him on.  Sorry.

I called MD Concrete to do a concrete sidewalk, stairs, curbs and handicap ramp. The quality of work was good.

Mark handled contacting the county inspector both for a pre-work meeting and a meeting after completion.  He did a very professional job.  This is the 2nd time we have used MD Concrete, and we would use them again.

Very well done, on time and communication was excellent.

Mark did excellent work. The price was great in comparison with other companies I found on Angie's List. He didn?t charge to take away the old concrete.
