I got a coupon for this location, so decided to go here. They did the job well. Timely manner and professional. Of course, there were additional things that I needed that they pointed out. Some were needed sooner than later, but I kinda feel like all repair shops always find something.

It was my first time there but when I brought it in, they pretty much got to it quickly, and it was finished the next day. They reported every finding that they had. I had researched it online too and I thought the cost was reasonable. The car is running much better and I haven't had any problems since. They were very professional.

This was my second visit bringing business to Made in Japan ("Made"), in the form of three vehicles needing maintenance and repair work. I called beforehand to discuss three vehicles that I wanted to bring, the work that I wanted done, the coupons that I had, and my request to have the coupon rates applied. Granted I was informed that the coupons would need to be presented at the time of the work, but I indicated we would drop-off the night before and my wife would follow-up. My wife duly authorized all work. Because I was a repeat-customer bringing several vehicles' worth of business to Made, I expected them to at least remind my wife of the coupon rates when they called her for authorization. It was only a minor disappointment that they did not. However, the larger and more significant disappointment to me was that Made performed a transmission fluid flush on two of my vehicles even though both vehicles had received the same transmission fluid flush at Made (the same store location) only a few months before. This was an unneeded service and Made should have known it. I would expect Made to avail themselves of such information in their computer system (and certainly have it more readily available than my wife) and use it to make appropriate recommendations for needed work. Perhaps I expect too much of auto service professionals, but I am sufficiently disappointed that I will explore alternative service providers to bring my future business.

Company offers oil change, topping off other fluids, and tire rotation, as well as a full inspection for $69 with coupon. Left car for a full day and returned before closing. Manager handed me the keys, and said everything was great and nothing to note. However, upon returning home and inspecting the paperwork, there were several items checked by the mechanic that noted work should be performed. In addition, the tire rotation was not done.

It was outstanding. They explained everything.
