LES SCHWAB TIRE CENTER

My husband bought tires for my old car at this Schwab location and was very impressed by the service and professionalism.  Now that I have replaced that car with a newer (used) car, I wanted to check the brakes out.  I also had some concerns about the brakes which had recently become spongy.  Since hubby had a good experience here and they offer free brake checks, I stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon.  I was greeted promptly by a very polite and helpful gentleman at the counter who got me checked in and my car right into a bay for inspection.  The wait area was clean with free popcorn and coffee and vending machines available.  In about fifteen minutes, a technician came back with the results of the inspection...pads in good shape and one loose rotor (which was causing the spongy sensation in the brake pedal).  The rotor was fixed in about ten minutes and they graciously did not charge for the repair.  They asked that I consider them for future business and I definitely will!  Two great experiences with Les Schwab on Fairway in Roseville!  Recommend!
