We found Krissy on Angie?s List and hired her for a paint color consultation for the interior of our home. We wanted to have some accent walls and didn?t feel confident choosing paint colors ourselves. We are so glad we hired Krissy! Her process for selecting paint color works so well. She talked to us about what we would like then worked with us on picking colors. She checked the colors in several places in each room to identify colors that would work in those spaces. 
We used  a painting company that she recommended and the newly painted rooms look great! 
It was a great experience and we will be hiring her soon to pick some additional furniture and accessories for our family room.

I had never used a designer before and initially hesitated in contacting one because I wasn?t sure I could afford it.  However, I can now say it was money very well spent; I honestly would have been lost without her.  Taking into account my personal taste, she helped me pick paint colors, tile, cabinets, hardware (pulls) and countertops with amazing results.  She is both professional and thoughtful and has a great eye for color and design.  I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a talented interior designer at an affordable price.  In fact I look forward to working with her again.   She is wonderful!

I contacted Interior Perceptions to get help with home staging. Krissy was very responsive and got back to me right away. I explained to Krissy what I was looking to do and she knew right away what I wanted to do. Krissy was so great to work with; very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Everything was done perfectly and Krissy was extremely responsive on all aspects of the  job. I was so pleased with the home staging. The property showed very well and sold within six days. I am already working with Krissy on a remodel. I highly recommend her for any interior design.

We recently purchased a home and are remodeling the kitchen and both bathrooms. We were having a difficult time choosing the tile combinations in the bathrooms and the tile and countertop colors in the kitchen. Decided to have a consultation with Krissy. She helped us big time on figuring out what we were doing. Saved us a lot of time and money by giving us advice about the proper color and style choices; explaining how the tiles should look once installed including tips on the proper way to line them up; and how to make everything look consistent throughout the house. We are much less stresed about the design choices in the house now and can move on to all the other projects we have going on there, which she also provided us advice on.
Krissy was great to work with, very personable and knowledgeable. We would gladly hire her again.

 Having overestimated by own abilities to select a suitable color for my home in San Jose several years ago, I was panicked by the thought of making another poor choice. To complicate matters, I wanted to use a couple of accent colors in addition to the base color. I had already selected a painting contractor and he recommended Krissy. Great recommendation! She patiently sat with me for 2 hours while we went through many catalogs and finally came up with a beautiful combination of colors. The job was completed a couple of weeks ago and I am thrilled with the outcome. Without hesitation I would recommend Krissy for help in navigating this daunting process!

We are quite good at interior decorating and hired Interior
Perceptions to get another opinion to our open space arrangements. Krissy
listened carefully to our needs and concerns and quickly started to rearrange
rugs, pictures and other wall hangings. She helped with the selection of
kitchen backs plash tile and to identify those areas of tile coverage. At the
end of the session, she really helped to provide that extra touch.
Krissy is very detail oriented and is great at color and style combinations. 

She is very cooperative, helpful and she's a bargain hunter. She found the best prices for me. She made everything simple for me.

It went great.  Krissy worked with me and all my existing furniture and accessories until it looked just right!  She is super easy to work with and made me feel at ease.  I thought I might be intimidated by a designer but she listened to all my ideas and was very personable .  I will be calling her again to work on my paint colors for the rest of my house because I love what she picked for the living room and dining room. 

Krissy exceeded our expectations for hour home office design.  She is a very delightful, enthusiastic woman who always took the time to explain the design process, including sharing design tips and tricks.  During our first consultation, Krissy took note of all of our wants, needs, and style preferences, etc for our office.   She promptly presented us with photos, paint and fabric samples, furniture selections and a floor plan, which enabled us to visualize what the room would look like when completed.  The cabinet, countertop, paint, floor and trim contractors she recommended also did an amazing job.  When the furniture, blinds, rugs, lighting, art and assessories were added we were thrilled with the finished product.  Everything was right on schedule, not a day late!  Krissy captured the look we wanted, as well as, creating a large workspace and increased our storage capacity.  Krissy has a nack for mixing furniture and art, which allowed us to include some of our old items into the design.  We were so impressed with her that we have already scheduled her to start on our family room!

We hired Interior Perceptions to remodel our existing kitchen and bathroom. Krissy picked out samples for the backsplash, countertops and cabinets. She also helped us select hardware, appliances, lighting, faucets, sinks, toilets and accessories. The project was well managed and met our time constraints. Most importantly, Krissy was able to bring our vision to life and give us a design that is not only beautiful but functional! Thank you Krissy for all your hard work! We look forward to working with you on future projects!

I cannot not say enough great things about Krissy. She is absolute amazing. I own a construction company and I use my home as a show room. I decided that I needed a professional to help show case the painting and mouldings that I had in my home. Krissy came in and turned my house into something that should be in a magazine. She was amazing. She went above and beyond. It actually got to the point where I was begging to pay her more because I knew the hours that she was spending on my house could not have been worth it to her for how much she charged. Krissy doesn't care. She does this job for the love of design. She will do whatever it takes to make sure she finds the perfect item(s)  that fits the budget that you have given her while still meeting the style  that you have dreamt for your home. I cannot tell you the numerous times that I got an email after midnight where she was sending me a link to the " perfect pillow" or " perfect chair". She truly cares and will not stop until she finds the perfect item for your home.
 I have since referred her to many of my clients. They have all had the same great experience that I have had. Her eye for design combined with the fact that she truly cares, is a combination that is unbeatable. I would NEVER use anyone else.

Krissy is AMAZING! We hired her for an interior paint consult and she went above and beyond! She spent as much time as was needed to be sure that we picked the correct colors and she never made me feel rushed. Painting is a big commitment and you need to get it right the first time... because of Krissy we did! Not only did she help pick the colors, but after we were done she even recommended items she had come across while out shopping that she felt would work with our decor. Again, she was right. I will be hiring Krissy again for other projects. She is very detailed and great at what she does!
