I just got my new home alarm installed from Infinity Technologies, and so far I am very happy with it. The sales rep came out one night and the next day the installer was out here putting in my new security system. They gave me all the equipment for free , and gave me everything that was promised. The installation of the system was very fast and easy. I upgraded my old out of date ADT system, and now have my whole house protected with this top of the line, wireless, brand new, user friendly system that I can arm and disarm remotely from my cell phone. My family feels very safe with our new monitored security system, and would recommend them to anyone considering a new system or upgrading an old system.

Excellent installation and instruction service provided by Trevor. After initially meeting to find out what we had, he made suggestions on placement of a second motion detector. Original sensors were all hard wired and Trevor was able to utilize them and added a wireless motion detector. Very professional. He even returned a couple of days later to help with a landline that was not functioning, I though it was due to the installation. Since we switched to VoIP, there was no need for the landline anymore and Trevor helped with utilizing preexisting prewired phone lines to be connected to the VoIP service. That was above and beyond his original task. Now we are able to remotely access our alarm system via cell phone. We are able to Arm/disarm system, lock/unlock entry door and open close the garage door.

It went well.  There were no problems and no clean up necessary.

Tim taught us what we need to know for such high tech device. He walked us through it patiently and answered our questions.

I've looked at several alarm companies and did a lot of research on the different monitoring stations that would be responding to my alarms and had decided on either ADT or Monitronix. I had Representatives from both companies out to show me what they could do. ADT was very professional yet couldn't do all the things I had read about. You've got to have sensors that can tell is someone is tampering with the windows! Plus, they quoted me $3,500! Monitronix was better but the guy that came out kept trying to only get me to cover my doors and then put motion detectors throughout the house. I want the alarm to sound before their in the house! Then I found Infinity Technologies. I loved that they are a local company out of Roseville. Taylor was very friendly and understood when I told her I wanted to custom design a smart home. She was the one that set up the appointment to have their designer come out and design the system. Gabriel was right on time and was very professional. He had shown me some points I had missed when I designed my system and offered a couple different options. Then he showed how my smart house systems would actually better protect my family and make it convenient to use. Because Infinity is just a local company they could offer some features that the other big companies didn't offer. Plus it was like half the cost to do more than what ADT was offering. I thought they would have to order all the parts and schedule me for the following week or two but they had an installer who was able to come out in less than an hour! Apparently this is normal but I'm sure they can't always do this. Still when Vincent showed up he already had all the equipment and got right to work. I was impressed on how easy he made it look and was very patient with my kids asking him a ton of questions. I had them go outside and I went into my office so I could get some work done. He would ask me questions here and there to customize how the system works. He got the whole thing done that night and when he was done he showed me how to use it. The system was pretty self explanatory and simple to use. The online part where you customize how the devices work was very helpful because there are video's on how to do everything. All in all I was really impressed with the whole process. I felt I got way more than my monies worth and am happy that I'm helping out a local company.

So it's moving day, the installer, was supposed to call so I could meet him and let him in the house, cause I'm 3 miles away packing to move! Then I received a phone call from customer service, ," Chad is waiting, are you on your way?" First day system is in we get a false alarm, we haven't even moved into the house, it was a bad censor, Thanks Tim for finding that ! However, Chad & Tim where both sent out to install video cameras; to which neither one told me I needed an internet connection for before they could or even would set them up. See they need a rolling IP address, which your internet provider has! Then chad came back out video up, worst camera installation I have ever seen done but they kind of worked, we had the camera during the day but not at night. Now these cameras can be pricy but once you have them adjusted for what you want they are worth the money. All the owners helped with getting the cameras right that's what a small company does that a big one doesn't. They have sent an installer to move a camera not once but twice and yes, I signed a service agreement, that's what it's for. My cameras didn't work they replaced them, My wife wanted the camera moved, then moved again, that's what it's for. I would much rather do business locally then out of state!

Provided detailed training and explanation of the product. Very courteous, punctual, and professional.

I upgraded to a "wireless" system, changed all smoke alarms to a type that notifies fire dept if a smoke alarm goes off, & added a wearable device that communicates with the control panel if I fall or have other distress where I need help.

The technician did a fantastic job making sure everything was working and installed correctly. Our outside cameras work great with our smart phones and we love all the features that come with the system

Trevor Kelly showed me package of how the wireless system work.  He was very professional, courteous, and customer focused.  Did not try to force, the technician Chad Pittman came that afternoon to install.  He also was very courteous, friendly, and professional.  I like the honesty and installation.

Overall, it went very well.  I had just watched a commercial on new high-tech alarm systems, and timing would have it that within 30 minutes, I was "cold called" by Erik. Infinity was looking to expand their customer base into my neighborhood.  I normally don't give in to door-knockers, but Eric was different (and the timing), so I let him give his pitch which was close to the commercial I had just seen.  After a few other benefits of getting an upgraded system, I agreed to move forward with Infinity with the caveat that I did not want to lose any functionality that I currently had, specifically multiple touch pads.  
Joe (installer) came in the next few days, on time, and worked very diligently to get me installed.  He ran into a couple of problems, and I could tell he was genuinely frustrated, so we called it a day.  He returned (as promised) and still had issues (I'm assuming it was because of an existing system), but seemed to have it under control, and he left.  I tried the system, and it didn't work, so I put in a call to Ben (Chief Technology Officer).  Bright and early the next day (Saturday morning) Ben and Joe showed up and together figured out what the problem was, and it was fixed in a snap.  Eric also showed up, so that says a lot about their commitment.
Everything has been working fine since then, so it was a good deal for me.
