He wasn't very professional and the communication was bad. He gave me a quote on the window and he went out and bought a completely different window and tried to put a different window in and so he had to go back to get me the right one and replace it and it still isn't done and it's been a little over a month. He also demanded money on the spot without providing an invoice of what it was for.
