Bill is fast, precise and very ingenious, comes up with solutions where there are questions. There were several "scratch your head" situations and he very quickly had a resolution. Am certain would not have had that with installation from the merchant. Could not be more pleased. Always on time, always cleans up ay debris, etc. In the past he has installed ceiling fans, flush ceiling lights, attic antenna, plumbing work etc. Already am working on next "list".

When I sent in a email inquiring for services Bill emailed with in hours of me sending my message.  He had me call his wife to schedule the work I needed done and when I called she answered right away and she had no problem scheduling me in a timely manner.  They were booked out a few weeks but very reasonable for a small job.  She was very nice, professional and knowledgeable.
The day of service Bill arrived on time, professional, knowledgeable, quick, clean worker and the work was creative and it met my expectation and more.  
I had a couple of small jobs one was hanging a decorative light, fixing a granite piece on my kitchen counter, hanging a broom holder, making a store run and putting an extra shelf and supports in my pantry.  Putting the shelf in the pantry turned out to be a little more than I expected but that is because I did not take into consideration some elements.  Bill explained the reality of how to get what I wanted done  and he quickly created a great solution.
Bill had to go to the store since I had not purchased what he needed and he did so quickly and did not charge me more than what the parts cost.  Overall a nice job that was reasonably priced and I will definitely use them again.

He came in and fixed the problem. He did a fantastic job. He also recommend someone to help with my ceiling. He was on time, neat, precise, and showed me exactly what the problem was. He really knows what he is doing.

It went very well.  His work was good and his price much more reasonable than that quoted by 2 "big name" local plumbing outfits (ones you see advertisments for on the TV, etc.)
