fairly well. they were a bit rushed as they had time issues that day; very pleasant and over all I would say A- .

There were two girls that came for 90 minutes twice a month. They were always on time, polite, and very thorough. I loved that they alternated some deep cleaning on top of the regular stuff; one visit the baseboards would get attention, and the next it would be blinds etc.

The person who runs Home Run Cleaning Service is Jessica. I've changed cleaners in the past and she has been very accommodating with that. I didn't care for the work done by some of the girls and Jessica accommodated me with someone who would meet my needs. And I addressed an issue with her the other day, regarding something one of the girl's had broken and didn't own up to. I asked Jessica to address it with the girl and she took action.

They left early and did not clean the blinds or the stove. In all, they did a very sloppy job. The purpose for the cleaning was to get a deposit back. The cleaning was not enough because the deposit was not refunded.
