Our neighbors complained that their workers gossiped a lot. I wouldn’t recommend them as our yard is still boggy and a lot of our grass is dead. I was really disappointed, when they had our last payment, they were gone. They were supposed to come back for a 90 day follow up of the sprinkler system and all that, but when we called they never came, we left messages, sent emails and still no respo...

Casey was the most responsive and accurate of the 3 landscapers we received bids from. We did provide well-defined plans, which helped a lot in eliminating any misunderstandings of what was desired. Casey completely re-landscaped our front yard. This included removal of existing sidewalk, lawn and sprinkler system. He terraced the lawn into two levels, installed a dry-stack wall, new sidewalk with steps, new porch railings, trellises, decorative fence, drainage lines, new irrigation system with controller, solar lights, boulders, decomposed granite paths, trees, shrubs, plants, sod lawn and ground cover. When it was all done they power washed the entire front including the public sidewalk and gutters.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Re-landscaped front yard. Casey and his team (Jose and Gordo) cleared the property of old landscaping (plants and irrigation), removed concrete entrance and 2 walkways and replaced with new, larger area using flagstone material. Reconfigured drainage, installed new plantings and new irrigation, created new stairway from sidewalk, installed new cobble rock river bed and new landscape lighting.
