I had looked at several different title companies but I would have to say that they were very expedient in their turnaround time. Their turnaround time was very short. Their process was very easy to follow. They were very efficient with their email sending, responding and confirming. They were efficient in the paperwork and I didn't have to do lots of duplication. They were very thorough in their instructions. When the actual documents were sent via overnight mail, everything was packaged very well and very well-documented about what indicators you were supposed to find or not find. The price was a little high.
