It was fine. They did more than my expectations. They also do a good follow through.

They showed up on time and did what I hired them to do. One of the workers stayed in the yard and front of the house while the other did the work. He smoked cigarettes and drank his coffee, both of which wound up in my yard and planters. He was disrespectful of my home and I will not be hiring this company again. I will find someone else to replace the insulation.

They had great price, kept in contact with me and did what they were suppose to do in a timely and clean manner.

Tom Engel and his crew were all very professional. Herbert was in the attic and his partner, Cruz, would load the insulation in the back of the truck and bring Herbert what he needed when he was in the attic. It's a nasty job, I know because I've done it before and these guys did an amazing job in record time. After they finished I climbed up to take a look and the job looked very professional, the air vents were not blocked and the insulation was even and deep. The InsulSafe product will not burn(I tried) and isn't itchy like fiberglass batts. The house seems quieter and we're ready for those heating bills to come down soon. I'd highly recommend Engel Insulation to anyone.

I was really pleased with him. The guys he sent out were very nice and cordial. They covered things before they came in, were clean and were very quick. They were great to work with. I would use him again.

They arrived on time and did a very thorough job. We already see the difference in our A/C usage. Thanks to Tom and the folks at Engel for a great job at a fair price!
