He cancelled two appointments and he was late. He did all jobs around the house but his shoes were dirty. There was dirt around the house and in my shower. I would not use him again. I will not even mention his name. I will advise him to be on time and quit cancelling appointment.

I wouldn't want to discourage anyone from using him. We negotiated the price. He did good quality work, I was pleased. The job went very smoothly. Once he was on the job and we discussed what needed to be done he got it done. He was reliable and did good quality work.

He did a good job for us, he just wasn't available enough for us. He's a good guy, we were able to negotiate the price a little. His prices were fair. He just wasn't available enough for us and he was a little hard to get ahold of. He worked for us 2 or 3 times and his quality of work was very good.

Everything he has ever done for me I have been happy with, from baseboards and shelving, to small home repairs. He is very meticulous in what he does, and is very reasonable priced.
