DJ did an inspection of a duplex I am buying, because it's a duplex the price was high for inspection, but the value was there. This was a foreclosure so it definitely had some issues. DJ was incredibly detailed and thorough, far more than other inspectors I have used in the past. His report was 29 pages long and included dozens of pictures. He noted things in his report that alot of inspectors would have missed. Also unlike many contractors, DJ was not hurried. He took time to talk things over with me and offer possible solutions as well as discussing with me what needed to be fixed and what could wait.

HE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS. HE WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH ON HIS FINDINGS AND MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.
