Cut Right Lawn Care

Worst service EVER! I should have done my homework and looked up his reviews before hiring him because MANY people have the SAME problem with him. WE hired him a month ago and he made all kinds of promises on what he would do to get our lawn in shape. He wanted paid 120.00 up front! What a mistake!!! After 2 visits and no improvement he didn't even shape the bushes or trim the shrubs didn't fertilize our lawn NOTHING! I sent him a text and told him I was unhappy and expected to see more work done this week and he told me that he has to many clients to do all the lawn work at once... I understand but after 3 visits (last one today) I would have expected to see some improvement. The guy NEVER even mowed on the last visit! They didn't even mow my lawn today. Only did edge work, pulled a few crab grass and was gone. My yard looks worse now than ever. I just called him and told him don't bother coming back. He also has a problem with billing. Even though we paid him 120.00 the day he came to our house and gave us the monthly cost he then billed us again a week later!

Tony is professional and cordial; but was poor about returning our phone calls and keeping the initial appointment; but finally was able to come out & look over our property. We hired their service to help restore our lawn and to handle weekly yard care. Our lawn improved after the initial treatments, but it now looks poor, due to the lack of follow up with appropriate weed and feed. The weekly crew was very inconsistent and not well trained. Tony seemed to have reasons or excuses for why they missed us on their route or couldn't keep an appointment time. We were told that removing weeds was part of the weekly service but it was not. Since they did not treat or pull the weeds in the garden bed, they continued to grow in these areas. Apparently, Tony is the only one who does the weeds and he was rarely with his crew on their weekly visit. The crew also placed cut grass in our normal family garbage bin, rather than the green bin which is dedicated to yard debris only. We informed Tony of this by phone, and he apologized and said that he would let his crew know. The very next week, the maintenance crew did the exact same thing. Also, Tony does a poor job with his billing accuracy. It comes by mail and even though we only used his service for 3 months, each bill was in error with double charges for amounts already paid. Needless to say, Tony's yard service is poorly managed and is lacking in consistency & execution.

started their lawn service last year. They do an excellent job. They are very nice and always come on the same day
everytime. Which is great for me, so I know when to leave my dog inside.
