Decorative Concrete Service, Epoxy Flooring Service + 1 more
I met with several different concrete flooring vendors and listened to their suggestions for my floor and received quotes. I went to look at work they had done previously and chose this company. The representative showed up on time and completed the floors in the 3 days initially estimated. Besides leaving some garbage behind they were reasonably punctual and seemed knowledgeable of their craft. At completion of the job, the representative gave me basic cleaning instructions for the floor and told me to call him with any future questions or concerns. The floor began to peel within 30 days and I have called more than 15-20 times and send multiple emails, none of which have been returned. The company seems to have disappeared and is unwilling to respond in any way. I am now in a position that i must hire another flooring contractor to repair their error and incur additional costs. I am very disappointed in this company.
