Complete Ponds

Wanted a pondless waterfall for our backyard. John came out and looked over the area and came up with a great plan for the area. There are 4 water drop areas coming from 2 different streams, and large boulders around the waterfall. The project came out beautiful! The crew was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was done right. We love sitting on our back deck and looking at the waterfall. And it sounds so relaxing. John is also great with landscaping and has a lot of plant knowledge, so we had him do the landscaping around the pond also. Instant gratification! We were very pleased with every aspect of the job.

Our waterfall project started with the owner Mark meeting with us to discuss what we would like to do.  He took measurements offered some suggestions and said he would send a detailed project description.  He was great to work with and patiently answered all of our questions.  We appreciated his attention to detail, the importance he placed on the design and our satisfaction with the outcome.

His team was dedicated and very hard working. They always arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of every day.

We absolutely love our beautiful and relaxing waterfall.  I highly recommend Complete Ponds.

It went very well.  I had called another pond service, who sent a teenager to look at the pond and told me that there was no leak.  When Tyler arrived he diagnosed the problem in two minutes. Tree roots had grown into the waterfall lip, creating a gap through which water was leaking.  Some of the roots were a big around as an axe handle.  He dug out the roots and put the waterfall lip back together the way is was suppose to be.  NO MORE LEAK!  The $95 per hour labor rate seems high but he got everything done in 2.5 hours, so it was worth the cost. (This from a very cheap bastarxx.) So if I am happy most anyone will be happy with their work.

Everything was completed to our satisfaction including providing water for landscaping. Excellent!

Excellent workmanship, very prompt, took a while to get a scheduled date because I waited too long, will not do that in the future. Tyler and crew did an outstanding job and the pond looked great after they finished. Even saved some money and time, because I completed the fill up after they left. Would recommend the service to anyone. But, call early to get on the spring schedule.et dee

I thought I needed a new pump for my filtration system. Before Tyler replaced the pump he took my pump apart to see if maybe pine needles were jammed inside and sure enough that was the problem! That saved me over $700 by not replacing it. He also installed a new UV light and transformer for me. And he didn't have to but back washed my filter for me too!!!! Complete Ponds has always been responsive to my needs, concerns, and questions.

The planning, reconstruction, remodeling, and redecorating that Complete Ponds performed on our project was absolutely wonderful. From beginning through end I would give Mark and his people a 10! They are experienced, highly service-oriented, punctual, extremely reasonably priced and definitely believe in follow-up with their customers. I strongly recommend them to any acquaintance who is considering installing a new pond or needs attention to an existing pond.
As a Realtor/Contractor for almost 44 years my opinion should matter to your subscribers. We are so impressed with Complete Ponds that I hope the firm will become a member of your program as the Premier Pond Installation and Maintenance Section.

All went well but the price was too high for such a small service

They did good work and hey don't mess things up. y husband told them what he wanted and they came up with this wonderful design which was beautiful. they built it in 2005 and I haven't seen anything like this anywhere; the design of it. My husband wanted a waterfall and when they were talking to him I couldn't see it but they could. Anytime I went into the store to get supplies or anything they were always really polite and they just took care of everything. They are one of those good companies.

Mark Dyba of complete Ponds build my original Koy pond 10 years ago and recently I decided to get rid of my fish pond and asked them to change my pond into a waterfall feature with just rocks. The end result was incredibly beautiful. The artistry they displayed in re-building my pond was amazing. Working with Cory and Mark Dyba was a great experience. They run a customer oriented business. I can call them anytime I need information and they treat me as a friend. I would highly recommend them anytime. I am a happy and satisfied customer.
