First installer forgot to leave a remote so I had to call Comcast back to complete my service install.

Comcast was very helpful in switching my service over to my new address after my move. There was a nominal fee, but responsive service. Comcast seems to be higher priced than other options and the lines can be long, but I think it is worth it for the reliable connection and decent customer service. They also gave me some options and suggestions for upgrades, which I ended up deciding to forego.
