The Cobex team provided amazing exterior paintwork and repairs to the imperfect-smooth exterior finish of our two-story home in El Dorado Hills. We used the Cool Wall products, and we're looking forward to a reduction in heat and improved insulation qualities. The preparation work, the COBEX team, provided was meticulous to get everything that was loose off of the 18-year original finish. The crew expertly masked off the gutters, fascia, windows, surrounding exposed patio, stonework and covered the plantings and exposed concrete with drop cloths. The team expertly patched the imperfect-smooth stucco, primed, sealed the windows and door frames and applied a final finish over a period of 8 days. The Cobex crew were neat, protected all of the plantings around the house and did a great clean up at the end. I watched their progress every day, and I was impressed with their work ethic and progress. They were focused, conscientious and provided a great finished product. Our home looks amazing. Our thanks to the COBEX team for another amazing project completed.

Cobex did a great job. Their people are professional and very helpful. We had a large sliding door replaced along with two bedroom windows. The job was completed in one day. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them for windows and sliding glass doors.

It went very well, the work was all done within the three day estimated time. When completed the entire area was well cleaned up. So far everyone who has seen the work has been impressed by the new look.

Excellent workmanship. We converted a part of our garage into a playroom. (Carpet, texture, paint, Sheetrock, electrical outlets, put in 2 windows, cabinets, etc). Everything a room would need. Halfway through the project my wife decided to make changes and add additional things. Dmitry and Alex had no problem with the new changes, even though it made extra work for them. Room looks amazing, we love it. Would certainly use them again.

We contacted a number of companies and got a good number of estimates. Out of all of this, we found none better that Cobex. For the workmanship, the attention to detail, the customer service, the professionalism, the quality of the result and for the price. It was all done the right way, the first time! For any of our future projects, first we will call Cobex.

This ended up being a very challenging project because once the roof was off, issues were found with the construction underneath and an infestation of bats. Cobex handled the changes in scope and worked with me on a budget I could afford. The foreman had an eye for detail and experience in more than just roofing so he could make recommendations on how to deal with the various issues we encountered. They cleaned up after themselves every day and tried the best they could to avoid damaging my spa and other outdoor items that I couldn't clear away to protect from falling debris. I ended up with a very high quality 50-yr roof that looks fantastic.

They wre unprofessional in their work and it was very unsatisfactory. You have to keep asking them to clean up their mess. They DO NOT DO PROFESSIONAL WORK as they state they do. Would not recommend them. After they replace a new roof you can see part roof sagging and they used wrong nails under eaves because the nails are too long, etc.

Dmitriy was very professional and explained everything they were going to do from preparation to finish. The crew was courteous and trustworthy; we actually allowed them access to the house to work while we were at work. The workmanship was top-notch and was done in a very timely manner. Dmitriy did a final walkthrough himself to be sure everything was done correctly and with quality. We were very happy with CCG and would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Here's why we really appreciate Dmitry and his crew: - Above all else, they are very pleasant, kind, trustworthy people. We're very comfortable with them working in the house when we're not home. - They are skilled and knowledgeable, and have a strong work ethic. They communicated well, showed up on time, cleaned up everything every day. They respected this as our home, and did not treat it like a construction site. - As a project manager, Dmitry was always looking for ways to save us money without taking shortcuts or cheapening the materials. Lots of options. - Many people won't take smaller jobs (like our window air conditioner mentioned above) or even call you back, but they are willing to do that level of work. They have also helped us with other house issues that popped up. In an area where it's notoriously hard to find honest people to do good work, we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found this great crew.

Excellent. My wife and I contracted with Cobex Construction Group to make improvements, upgrades and repairs to our home in the Ridgewiew Neighborhood El Dorado Hills. The house is a one of one design by the architect owner that we have owned for 4 years. My review will be in several parts because the projects will take time during the winter months. I can't say enough good things about their estimating and contracting process, workmanship and follow up on all aspects of the work. From the beginning, getting an initial estimate and many discussions about what would look best from design through construction was informative and excellent. Everything was covered, no guess work and full disclosure if there were issues spotted and how we wanted to proceed. The project consisted of updating the kitchen with new Quartzite surfaces and some appliances. The Quartzite is a natural stone from Brazil and the backslash is glass subway tile that we purchased from Bedrosians. We had the electrical switches and plugs updated with Legrand Adorna. A new Sharp drawer microwave, Bosch dishwasher and a GE Profile cook top hood. The microwave required cabinet modifications and the hood required cutting the stone surround to fit the vent which it was done perfectly. The cabinet modifications were completed with precision and even the touch up paint for the farm house cabinets matched perfectly. Our kitchen had solid granite counter tops that were installed when the house was new, 2001. The counter tops had seams in the granite that went through the sinks and were not level or really match up. The COBEX crew came in an put down heavy duty paper to protect our Hickory floors. They put up a sheet plastic wall around the kitchen to keep the dust from going into the dining area and family room. They removed all of the granite counter tops, the island and back splash behind the cook top. Afterward, everything was spotlessly vacuumed up and taken away. Next they put down new plywood counter top base and backer board for the tile back splash, nearly 70 SQ feet. They made all of their templates and off to the fabricator. The fabricator returned and removed more of the stone surround for the cook top and one wall cabinet. He had fabricated the counters all, without any seams. He and his crew worked tirelessly to fit these huge pieces in perfectly. FYI. The quartzite is a very hard natural stone and it took extra time to cut and shape. The tile setter did an amazing job with the glass subway tile and moving the electrical boxes to a high level on the wall. It sparkles and looks fantastic. We stood in the kitchen just admiring the stone and the craftsmanship. We had a party several weeks ago and everyone was impressed with the kitchen and their amazing craftsmanship. We had all of the rain gutters replaced as the old one were in poor shape. The COBEX construction group had the sub contractor measure everything and consulted me all along the way. After the gutters were installed, Alex from COBEX walked the entire perimeter with the gutter fabricator to insure everything was perfect. We also had the eaves inspected for dry rot, the COBEX crew came though, stripped back 2 rows of tile, removed the damaged areas and replaced everything very nicely. Alex walked the entire roof with the sub-contractor to follow up on all of the repairs and to insure everything was perfect. During the inspection of the eaves it was discovered that the two side garage doors were damaged and had dry rot in the frames. Alex offer options of repairing the casing or replacing the doors. I opted for the replacement doors and new frames. The COBEX crew worked quickly and the installation was perfect and they work better than the original doors. They cleaned everything perfectly and we would not know they had been there. They replaced some broken tile and I can say after the recent rain everything works perfectly. The next phase involves repairing and all of the exterior settling cracks and painting the two story home with a 3 color paint scheme. Installing a full sized French door in the family room that leads to the center patio from the family room. There will be curved steps to matching the existing decking. There will be replacement of a large picture window and 2 panel sliders that have lost their seal. The glass is low E and it comes in a variety of colors. Alex had the owner of the glass company come and determine the best color match. Alex did not leave anything to chance. Last will be the upgrade of the 2 HVAC units in a very tight a difficult area. I'll be writing as these next projects get completed. With the rainy weather it will take a little longer. Alex, Vaz and the COBEX team are fantastic and respond to every email or question we have had.

Everyone tells me remodeling can be stressful, but not when you hire Cobex Construction Group. Always on time, neat and tidy, considerate about you and your pets -- all of Cobex's employees were understanding and helpful. And our new shower? It's gorgeous! So beautiful, and exactly what we wanted. The work was done so professionally and we were kept updated every step of the way. Midway they discovered our water heater was leaking, so we had them replace that as well, along with the water-damaged wood surrounding it. Soon we will be remodeling our kitchen, and Cobex will definitely be our contractor -- we wouldn't hire anyone else.
