Rollers were replaced and checked to make sure all connections and parts were secure (no loose screws). Everything went well and he seemed to be a pleasant nice guy.

Would have hired him if I did not have home warranty and may still do so depending on how it goes in the near future. If you were looking for CJ at the beginning of January i’m happy to report he was installing garage doors over at my place. Wow, it seems like a rare time indeed were customer service, professionalism, promptness, price and value are all rolled into one and that is precisely what CJ brings to the table. It’s no wonder his reviews are so positive. Found him here on Angie's list and gave him a call. Got his VM but he responded in about a minute. Took the time out of his busy schedule to come over and give me an estimate and look at my house. Gave me a brief education about garage doors, told me my options and gave me choices that best suited my individual needs. The install went without a hitch, he hauled away all the old garage doors, cleaned up after himself and everything is working fine. Guy’s incredible. Very meticulous in his work. Great. I called him yesterday, he came out today, and fixed the problem. He did a check up, lubricated, checked and adjusted the doors. The doors are much quieter and do move up and down as they are suppose to. He was timely, and there was a 60 day warranty. I recommend him highly.

The service was excellent. CJ arrived within the time frame agreed upon. Replaced the springs, tuned up the door including lube of moving parts, balancing door, and gave the opener a once over. The door operates much more smoothly than before. The springs have a 3 year no cost replacement warranty. Great service and value. I would have given CJ an A+ if it was possible.

He came the same day with a great estimate for repair. He was efficient and new how to handle the problem. We inquired on purchase and installation of a new door. He made recommendations and answered all questions and provided a quote. We researched and got other quotes, his was right in line. He installed our new garage door and it's great. I sent a message CJ’S Garage Door Repair requesting a free estimate because my garage door would not open. CJ immediately responded with an email message to let me know that he would call me in about 20 mins; true to his word, he called me shortly thereafter. During our phone conversation I described the problem I was experiencing and agreed on a time for CJ to come out the next day. CJ arrived at my house on time; he was very personable and professional. After assessing the issue, CJ described his findings to me and then clearly outlined my options. I really appreciated CJ’s integrity and the fact that he did not come across as if his sole goal was to get me to spend a ton of money. Rather than just telling me that I needed to replace my garage door springs and the entire automatic garage door opener unit, CJ took the time to go over with me some very helpful workaround options. I had CJ repair the garage door springs and also went with one of the workaround options. I would definitely recommend CJ’S Garage Door Repair to anyone needing garage work done.

Not only did he fix the spring, he also did a live and roller service, and fixed the closing rod and some damage to the door at no charge. He also moved the opener bracket to protect the door from future issues. This guy is a pro at a reasonable price!

CJ was great!! He was very professional. I had two other contractors out already and was not satisfied with the outcome, so I found CJ and he came out the same day. CJ was the only one who actually assessed the problem and quickly found that a sensor wire was broken. He replaced the sensors for $40 which saved me the cost of a new garage door opener, which would have been several hundred dollars. I really appreciate his honesty and wonderful service.

Awesome, very nice, no pressure to purchase anything, just great customer service and professionalism. Called on a Wednesday evening and CJ was out the next day. Took about 3-4 hours.

It was important to get the garage door fixed quickly since I couldn't close the door and lock up the garage. CJ's responded fast and was timely on coming out and repairing the garage. He was very professional and confident that he could resolve the problem and he did! He worked very efficiently on his own and was easy to communicate with. Gave me the coupon discount, upgraded some hinges on my request. His repair cost was minimal ($143) and his work was very good. Four years ago, the home builders put in a Liftmaster, and it was super noisy. I asked CJ's questions about quieter products available. There was no sales pressure, he just gave me the facts. A week later I decided to upgrade and hired CJs. He again responded quickly and installed a belt driven Liftmaster. He had a helper for the installation. He was thorough and provided me information on all the new features. It works great and is so quiet. I was very pleased with CJ's abilities to get the job done efficiently and done right! Very good contractor.

Awesome. CJ was so great to work with. He explained everything as he went along and showed me ways to keep the doors maintained so that I didn't need his help quite as much. If I have a big job in the future I will use him for sure!
