We were looking for a high-end faux Christmas tree after Christmas, and this store no longer had the one we really wanted - even the floor model had been purchased. The staff and manager were super helpful at this particular store, and the manager spent considerable time (perhaps half an hour!) on the computer and telephone to find what we wanted, still boxed, and arranged for us to pick it up at another (much less helpful, what a contrast!) store. (When we went to retrieve the tree at the other store, the staff seemed uncaring, disorganized and unhelpful, a big contrast to the Roseville store.) We would feel comfortable going to the Roseville store for advice or to purchase outdoor items - the staff seemed attentive and very customer-centered!
