If you NOT agree to pay more, they will reduce the scope and quality of the work They don't have their crew to do the work. They hired a subcontractor to do the job. No guarantee or warranty. They say 10 years covered. But, when you report the issue, it is NOT covered. They point to manufacturing or call it maintenance work. Pavers are installed unevenly. There are gaps between pavers. Broken pavers are used to install. When I ask them to replace, they ask me to work with the manufacturer. No proper cleaning end of the project. They left materials and waste on site. Tire marks. Lot of dust/dirt everywhere Water house pipes are installed above ground level A lot of incorrect information in the document

This is the highest recommendation I have ever given in countless reviews of businesses, products, services, etc. We used Bright Home Landscapes for a massive backyard renovation and had an extraordinarily positive experience. If you are looking for an exceptional landscaping company that checks all the boxes close to perfection, I hope this review will be helpful. I unequivocally recommend them to anyone. Here is why: Contract: Nathan (owner) and Anastasia (operations manager/designer) invested significant time with us to understand our needs. Contracts and change orders were easily understandable and clearly specific, so there were never any surprises. Anastasia was infinitely patient in addressing numerous questions about the details. Professionalism/Communication: From day one this was quite literally flawless. Emails, texts and phone calls were quickly returned, requested needs were addressed, details were always made clear and all this was done with an abundance of cheer and a respect for the client. Landscape Design: We had the unbelievably good fortune to work with Anastasia, who also trains the design team. Ani is a creative and talented designer (not to mention a completely delightful person) and her plan blew away the others (8 in total) we had done over the past two years. I credit this to truly listening to her clients. Demolition and Installation: The team worked exceptionally hard and efficiently, even in triple digits. Aside from a stop for a permit, there were no gaps in project completion. The installers were meticulous about quality and detail, They did their best to clean up and leave the property neat each day. Customization: BHL clearly respects that each clients needs are different and they service the customer based on that understanding. We (particularly I ) needed quite a bit of handholding. For a client who is more hands off, BHL is perfectly capable of planning and executing the entire design on their own. Flexibility: Our project was extensive - a complete demolition/renovation of a 30-year-old large backyard. Multiple roadblocks and unexpected challenges popped up - BHL always had a solution and easily changed course as needed. Pricing - We got three estimates and BHL was maybe a little above the middle of the pack. If saving money is your primary concern, there are other contractors that are probably more appropriate. But you can certainly spend way more on a lesser contractor. Unequivocal Customer Satisfaction: All of these accolades are not because everything went perfectly. On the contrary, there were countless challenges. But that is precisely when a quality company stands out - and Bright Homes Landscapes shines like no other. I quite literally have never experienced the same level of customer service from any other company. Every single time, there was a problem it was absolutely addressed so that the customer was completely satisfied. The greatest testament I can offer is this - This renovation was something we absolutely dreaded and literally put off for over 10 years. Sure, there were times it was stressful! But had we been working with another contractor I would have either given up or been in an asylum because there were so many decisions to make, roadblocks to deal with, etc. Unfathomably, we ended up enjoying every aspect of the project and learned a ton. Never in a million years would I have thought I would actually enjoy this. Bright Home Landscapes outperformed both in product and process. They transformed an overgrown junkyard into a palace-worthy oasis. It is gorgeous and completely functional. Equally impressive, they transformed a dreaded project into an exciting adventure. Everything was so positive we signed for a front yard renovation less than halfway through the backyard. We were that confident. I cannot recommend Bright Home Landscapes more highly.

Bri was very professional and the main reason we went with BHL. We were less anxious about designing the backyard because we were able to get a 3D rendering of the design. Be aware that BHL’s initial costs don’t include lights, plants, and custom features (but they do factor that all into your all in budget when designing your backyard). They are responsive and good at communicating. It is also important to know that they will try to help you get something done (like referring you someone who could do your fence), but in the end will do what’s on the contract. Granted they were super busy during the summer! Overall we had a positive experience and ended up with a beautiful backyard for our family thanks to Bri, Valdo, and Patrick.

He was a certainly a breath of fresh air. He did design and construction of my landscaping, he is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
