Technician arrived right on time. He took his time examining equipment since the furnace was older that he was (it's original equipment in a house built in 1950). He identified source of existing small leak and provided repair options. He also clearly explained how another part should be working. Since we were selling the house, we opted to turn the gas off and obtain a quote for a replacement furnace. Barnett provided the requested quote the next day by email and we were able to use their quote in price negotiations with the buyer. Technician was fast and efficient. Pleasant too.

The quality of the work has always been excellent. When I had any issue or question it was taken care of quickly and correctly. The price is the best out there. As a small company, the owner Rob is always available. He is great to work with. The only thing that bugged me is the most recent salesman really had a "salesman" mentality, and at first I felt like I was buying a car. But that quickly resolved and he was a very nice guy, and gave me a killer deal on the rental install.
On the second opinion at my parent's home, Rob found some pvc pipes that had't been glued together, pointed out that NO air filter had been installed, and gave information about the quality of the equipment installed versus the price charged. But he also gave the company a positive review for the way the installation was done, and reassured us that the unit was working properly. I am no relation to Rob Barnett or any employees, and I do not have any personal connection with anyone at that company. But I would encourage anyone to get an estimate from Barnett H&A. It will be the lowest estimate you get, but in my experience, you will get the equipment you pay for and the workmanship will be excellent. I have had contractors comment on the correct install of the unit on the rental roof, re: the pipework, the flashing applied, etc. I saved $5000 over another highly rated company. It was worth it!

They did free of charge and I was really pleased with the service. They did it right before the warranty expired. the original installation was done promptly and saved me over a thousand dollars. They are professional and they did the work quickly. I really appreciate the honesty of this company.
