Arezzo Lighting & Design

I will never use this store again!  I ordered Troy lighting from Arezzzo because their price was the best.  I wasn't told how long it would take when I placed the order so I called about ten days later for an update.  I was told be my salesman, Mike, that he would check on it and call me right back.  He never called so a few days later I called again.  This time Mike wasn't in but I was told by another employee that it usually takes 4 weeks and that she would have Mike call me back.  I never got that return call and after two more ignored calls today I learned that Troy lighting is no longer accepting orders from Arezzo and that Mike was never made aware of that by his boss.  I have lost 5 weeks time waiting for the lights that were never going to come.  Let's hope that they are better at refunding the $800 I spent than they are at customer service.
