I appraise 1 to 4 unit residential properties, i.e. Single Family, Condo, Duplex, Triplex and Quadruplex. I maintain a Residential License in good standing with the State of California, and have a modest background and a working knowledge of most facets of residential construction. I have appraised all forms of residential property, from small tract homes to large, complex, one of a kind estates. Whatever your residential appraisal needs: family, estate, tax purposes, BK, planning to sell, etc., I will provide you with a professional attitude, the expertise that comes from experience, and a timely turn around.
