Avoid This Company at All Costs! My family had been with this company for over a decade, but things took a turn for the worse when the son took over from his father. The service has been spotty at best. Here’s what happened: Service Lapses: The technician quit, and our pool went without service for over five weeks. Lack of Communication: I called several times a week to find out what was going on and what I should do. Despite this, I continued paying for the service. Unresponsive Management: Frustrated, I tried to speak with the owner or someone who could help, but I got no response. I was promised a callback, but it never happened. After more than ten calls with no response, I finally gave up. My loyalty and confidence in this company plummeted, and my pool suffered as a result. I found a new pool service company and strongly advise you to avoid this one before you lose money and peace of mind. I feel bad for the father who started the company and It's an unfortunate situation the son destroyed what his father built.

We have had Bruce cleaning our pool since we moved in about 10 months ago. He is very responsive and cares about the work. I know the previous homeowners used him for years. Top marks in Quality. The home office is a bit less responsive and not very friendly, so I get the negative reviews. But we think Bruce is professional, consistent, and does a great job every time.

All Cities Pool has serviced our pool for almost 20 years. They come weekly (except for infrequent vacation weeks). They also service the large filter tank periodically. There's an added charge for that service, of course.
Occasionally, repairs have been needed. They always have responded promptly and corrected the problem the first time with a reasonable service charge.
There is only one aspect of our service that could be better. Their telephone usually is not answered by a live person. We have to leave a voice message. I suspect the company is a family operation that does not warrant a full-time secretary. Having said that, let me repeat that the repairs are done promptly, so I am confident that the phone messages I leave are reviewed daily.
I highly recommend their service.

They are always on time, really good about leaving notes when they need me to either add water or some equipment are not working correctly or they' call back and ask if I want them to repair anything and just yes and it's done and they just add it to my monthly bill. Their prices are good, really attentive to detail and I've been using them for 15 years now. They're doing a good job and they're always here and never missed a treatment.

They are extremely good, and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone that needs pool service.

All Cities Pool And Spa have been our pool people for the last several years. They do a thorough job and the water is crystal clear at all times. They know what they are doing and they are very competent. We moved here four years ago and they were providing pool service time. We at first were unhappy with the service but a complaint to management rectified the situation immediately. All subsequent services have been outstanding. Their responsiveness is very good. They are pretty easy to get a hold of over the phone. Their punctuality is very good. Their professionalism is top notch. The guy who takes care of our pool is a true professional and is very good. I would certainly use their services in the future also.
