Herb's price was less than other quotes we received. He and his son were very professional and helpful, did the work during the day while i was at work, cleaned up at the end of each day - I barely knew they were there, which was great. The units seem to work well so far (have not had much occasion to use them yet - but look forward to it during the hot months of summer!), and have passed tests. Very happy with their work
