Academy Mortgage

From sometime in 2001 up to 2013 I have used John Aronhalt @ Academy Mortgage to help me to get loans on 3 different homes and then refinance them all as the rates have dropped. He has saved me tens of thousands of dollars and always beat everyone else out when it comes to the fee's that you have to pay to get a loan .Most times the Fee's were rolled into the interest rate so I never even had any out of pocket closing costs. In all of these dealings with him I can't remember ever calling him where he didn't answer the phone and answer all of my questions. There were never any surprises with him. Before meeting John I refinanced one time with another lender and everything was going great until I showed up at the title company to sign my loan docs and discovered that the low rate they quoted me was now a lot higher and there was a prepay penalty which ended up costing me $12,000 and, when I called the loan officer they said she was out sick and if I didn't like it I shouldn't sign the papers. They have since gone out of business. The good thing for me is that I found John Aronhalt and have had nothing but fantastic service and rates ever since. I recommend him highly for all of your mortgage needs.
