They came in and got everything done within 3 - 3 1/2 hours.  Everything went smoothly and fit perfectly.  I couldn't be happier.

I was able to get an appointment for a quote quickly.
The designer arrived on time and in a great mood.  He took his time talking over with me what I wanted done, what my financial expectations were and different options.  He was not pushy but did show me options with in my price range.
The plan they provide is on a computer program so it was easy to actually see how the room would look when it was done.  This was a great plus.  The price and quality is one of the best out there.
When it was time to put the unit in the installer was on time, clean, respectful, quick and very good at his job.
From the beginning with contact via an email to the phone customer service, designer (Brian you rock!), Installer (Awesome!) and finally the Price I was extremely happy!

I was very happy with the service and the price. The follow through was great and they did a very good job. I was very impressed with how professional the sales rep was.

I really like them. They did a great job. They were thorough. I have a very tiny closet and he came up with solutions that work with my closet. He measured all my clothes to see what kind of shelves and hanging spaces I needed. I would use him again if my husband wants to do his closet and cabinet. I checked another person and they were competitive. They have a good showroom on Douglas Boulevard so I felt good about knowing I had a place of business to go look at things. He was very good and professional. He did the bid right then and there. I had a very good experience with them.

The experience was terrific. I wasn't here when they came out and my wife dealt with them, but I was very happy with the results.

Good response time, friendly customer service and loved their closet drawing with via computer!. i was impressed with technology where I was able to visualize before finalizing the layout of closet. Kudos. The schedule of installation was on time as agreed. The only thing missing were the drawers were not delivered on date of installation. They had to come back 2nd time to deliver the drawers before it was all done. They truly apologized.

Everything went smoothly. A friend had already removed the existing shelving and wooden hanging pole, and had re-painted the walls. The job was done in a few hours, and the installer removed all construction debris, including that taken out by friend.

We'd bought a new home and wanted to make two pretty large closets more functional. We called 3 Day Closet and the designer come out a few days later. The design was produced quickly and we handled most of the review and approval through email, which was a great convenience for us since it minimized having to find meeting times. The installation was completed in a day, and the workers removed the old bars and shelves. The design was very functional and the designer was helpful in making a few changes that we wanted. The price wasn't the best we got, but the lack of hassle and the professionalism of the designer and crew were worth a slightly higher cost. Scheduling was at our convenience and the workers arrived on time. Overall, it went smoothly and completely to our satisfaction.

We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience with 3-Day Cabinets. Casie did the measurements and came up with some great ideas, and the execution was perfect. The installation team worked all day and made sure the cabinets were installed perfectly, then gave us a tour of them. The cabinets themselves are beautiful (love the hardware) and sturdy.

I spent several months researching companies to design and install
cabinets in my 14' x 11' den. My kids are now 13 and 10 and needed their
own computer station and work area in the room. I looked at Closet
World (their cabinet doors looked plastic with curved edges), Lowe's
(cabinets were wood, but built with lower quality. Their installation
was outsourced - cabinets to one company and counter top to another),
Home Depot (believe it or not their cost was $2K higher than the others)
and custom cabinet contractors who were also too expensive for my
budget. I decided on 3 Day Closets because of their very high quality
cabinets, their door selection, their unique counter top design (really
beautiful edging that you just have to see) and their ownership of the
whole process from start to finish including a life time warranty.
The design process was a lot of fun. Lorah made it clear that she wanted to
design the den of my dreams and was willing to spend as much time as I
needed to get it right. She wanted to know how I would use the space,
what I would be storing (i.e. drawers vs. filing cabinets), and what my
budget was. After the initial design was complete, Lorah spent a lot of
time refining the design to meet both my budget and my dreams. The
biggest savings was when she combined 3 separate wall cabinets into one
large one while still having the appearance of 3 cabinets. I was very
impressed with how diligently she worked to try and meet my budget. Of
course, once I visited their beautiful showroom, I was sold. Their
quality was higher than both Closet World and Lowe's and their cost was
the same if not lower. Also, they do not outsource their installation
like most others I looked into which was a huge benefit. I really
enjoyed the fact that I could go and see the products they offered so I
knew what my den would look like before it was installed. Seeing their
showroom helped me clarify what I wanted and also gave me several new
ideas. Each time I visited their showroom I was helped by Joel, the owner. He is very knowledgeable about cabinetry and was very helpful in answering all of my questions.
After ordering, it took 3 weeks for the cabinets to be installed (the same or less than other companies I mentioned above). Two gentleman arrived right on time, were very pleasant and got right to work. They cut some pieces on site to make the fit perfect. They even cut the cabinets to fit around our baseboard which is a 6and quot; high decorative baseboard and the cut was perfect! Lowe's was going to have me pull up and carpet and take off the baseboards and hire a carpet person to put it back together after the cabinets were in! 3 Day Closets put the cabinets in with the carpet and baseboards in place and it fits beautifully. With two installers, the installation took from 9am-2pm. The den was clean when they left. They had put down pads on the carpet to keep it clean and only required a power outlet to get the job done. I should also mention that Lorah's measurements were spot on! I have read so many stories online when I was doing my research where that was not the case. This is another benefit to having the designer and installer within one company. They communicate with each other so your job goes off without any problems.
Overall, I could not be happier with the process or the end product. I have a beautiful new den and it was a pleasant experience with no problem or headaches. Thank you 3 Day Closets

We looked at their showroom before using them and there was a lot for us to look at. You can pick out what finish you want; they have samples and they also come to my house to show the samples. You can have as many drawers in whatever layout you want so there is a lot of flexibility and choice. The lady came to our house and did all the measuring; she also had the computer programs to see what your final finished closet will look like. I got another estimate that was $300 higher so I was happy with their price. They were very responsive; when I called to asked a question the woman got right back to me. She sent me her cell phone number and said if I had any questions before the job or during or after to be sure to call her directly. It was an easy experience. They put the price of the balance of my job on the credit card I was using but they would have billed it another way if I had asked them. The technician came when he was supposed to and finished in a day. Everything was cleaned up when he finished.

consultation and design session was great. Day before installation I received a phone call requesting a time change, which I agreed to reluctantly. On day of installation the installer called over 2 hours after scheduled appointment time to inform me that he would be late. I made several phone calls to find out where the installer was and my phone calls were never returned. After installation the installer stated that the company would call me about the final bill and on how I wanted to pay it; on the credit card they had on file or with another credit card. That was on October 5, 2012 and this review is being written on October 18, 2012 and I have not yet heard from anyone from that company. The final product was fine, but a little pricey. I wasted a whole day waiting for them when I had plans to celebrate my husbands birthday. The customer service was so poor that I will not use them again and will never recommend their services.

Gary, the designer, is a genius and a great problem solver. Installation was on time, professional, no fuss, no muss. So impressed, we called them back for another closet and the garage.

Gary Bleile designed and supervised the entire project. The work is very professionally done. They end product was absolutely perfect and I get a lot of compliments on it. They were always on time and I will definitely use them again in the future.
