when he came to check fridge he only looked in back inside fridge said the door circulation motor was bad ordered that for 325 dollars.i called him to ask if the part ordered would cause the fridge to stay on all the time. He said no to check temp. So i checked the temp fridge was set at 45 and tested 19 freezer set at 0 tested -30 so he said control board was bad have to order that too extra 500.00. Then he called back and said there are no control boards available so he would refund my money and only charge me for service call. Then i called sears home repair and asked about the control board and they said there was 85 in stock no problem. Then sears offered me a 275 dollar 1 year service contract which would include these repairs to. Less than the first part A&B ordered so i got the contract. They sent tech they ran diagnostics on fridge and found control board bad but not the door as stated by A&B the part cost 106 dollars and took 5 min to put in and then checked door and it worked fine. So A&B would have charged 500 for a 106 dollar part that took 5 min to put in. Sears had the control board in 5 days but A&B told me to buy a new fridge which is only 4 years old and cost 2500 glad i dint listen to him.

Rick the service tech was unfriendly. We told him what fault code was
flashing on our oven and what it indicated was wrong. He turned on oven
sat there took a screw out put it back in. Didn't look at anything or
test anything and told us they would call with what it would cost to
fix. He also was suppose to check our ice maker. He just looked at it,
no testing and said we needed a new ice maker.

Had what ended up being a very minor problem with my front loading washing machine.  My call was handled in a very professional manner and an appointment was scheduled for the same day.  Within a few hours, David Fredrickson was at my home taking care of the problem. He was friendly and professional which was very much appreciated.

They responded quickly. The estimate was correct. The service man was fast, polite, and clean. My refrigerator has been running ever since. This was back in September.
