I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Richard Cole for all of your home inspection needs. My wife and I are first time home buyers and he was kind, professional, and highly qualified. He was also extremely thorough in our home inspection, which we really appreciated. It's important to know what "known" issues the home has before agreeing to purchase it and we felt like we were very knowledgeable about those items both during the inspection and after Richard submitted his final report. Final report was submitted in a timely manner and he was very helpful with all of the follow-up questions we had. 5 STARS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cole Inspections made the home inspection process super easy for my wife and I. We are first time home buyers and were already overwhelmed with all the steps involved. We were intially scheduled with another company to perform the inspection but we cancelled the appointment because they were going to charge us over $650, not including inspection of the pool. We looked on Home Advisor and found Cole Inspections, which serviced my area. We were blown away with the hundreds of great reviews they have. We called, they answered right away and were able to accommodate my schedule. Their pricing is more than reasonable and their thorough service was exceptional. Very informative, and very simplified so that you really understand not only what was caught in the inspection of your home, but exactly how to address the issues. We will use Cole Inspections in the future and we highly recommend anyone looking for this service, to call them up right away. 27+ years experience, hundreds of great reviews, Certified Master Inspector, and retired Marine. He found issues that I would have never known about if I lived here all my life. There is a required exhaust fan missing. The builders painted over an ID plate on a door that I did not even know was there. He found that some of what I thought were minor issues may indeed be what is causing some of my breathing problems. He also pointed out that one of the builder solutions was not allowed. They will have to replace the item. This is a new house and I wanted it checked out before my warranty expires. If he had not found these issues now they would have to be repaired or replaced, at my expense, before I could sell the house. He is saving me thousands of dollars. I'm very glad I had this inspection.
