"This is interesting. I arrived on time. I went over, above, and beyond on this job. I even tried to clean up the rat nest of wires but was asked not to. Please keep in mind that I did not sell these components to Cyrus. They were all old (except for the new entry-level Onkyo receiver), mismatched, and purchased elsewhere at different times. This project consisted of a bunch of mixed equipment of all brands. One of the components did not want to pass the video properly through the HDMI. I narrowed down the problem, then fixed it. The purple color was now gone and the picture looked great. Cyrus then asked me to change the receiver to a different one that he had in his back bedroom. He went to get it, brought it back and I did. He then wanted to switch it back. I did. I then made everything work once again using an HDMI device that I supplied. Total cost: $375.00 Cyrus, I am sorry that this was too much for you. Fact is, I sell my time and you asked for a lot of it on this day. I actually even tried to find a way to tighten up the total before I asked for payment. This was not too expensive and these ratings are way out of line. I don't think it is anything that I did. I really tried to help just like I always do. Thank you for sharing."

"I am sorry that you feel that way. As much as I want to leave this comment alone, I do feel the need to ask, why did you pay $250.00 for nothing? Also, if you hire a professional to work on "anything" and that professional suggests that you might need a part or two, to make whatever it is work, why wouldn't you take the professionals advice? It is important to listen to the advice of the professional doing the work, most of the time. We have over 25 years of experience in this field and have cross trained in others. We know what we are talking about. Once again, sorry you feel that way and that you didn't find the advice given valuable."

"It is unfortunate that this customer views being able to watch a sporting event as being far more important than 1. safety 2. a clean install 3. crawling under a home in "flood like" circumstances on a stormy day, in water risking illness. I had a bad feeling about this install even before I decided to take it on. This customer commented multiple times on the importance of "social media" and how he would be reporting good things if we did the job. I guess I should have guessed that by asking to reschedule the project for the benefit of all, he would make such a report. I find his comments unfortunate, incomplete, disappointing, a bit sad."
