House Cleaning
They ran up the initial bid price after they arrived and looked at the area to be cleaned. A follow-up after they were done revealed cobwebs on the ceiling, still dirty blinds - especially on top, the base board heaters still dirty (not wiped down), dirt still in the bedroom closet shelving, the stove had smears of a cleaning solution all over...generally, they did not do a very good job.
