I was recently in an auto accident (was rear ended by a hit and run driver) and had to submit a claim. Luckily I got the other driver's license plate number, so I was able to provide this to the police, and State Farm negotiated with the other insurance company for me, and I was able to get OEM parts installed on my car. Also, the rental car was included at no cost to me.
