This company is new to me, but so far I'm happy with them. They had several good reviews on yelp (that's the main reason I called them) and only one negative review. They were very prompt in coming over to evaluate my rental. The representative I worked with was Adam. He was very patient in listening to all my concerns, and explained the services Pacific Properties would provide, the fees, and how they did things. He understood the importance of getting the advertising going pronto; time lost is rent lost. He took pictures and had them online in less than a day, as he said he would. In addition to the usual sites like Craig's List, Pacific advertised on sites I'd never heard of; very extensive. They charge $95 per month to manage a condo, which includes processing the rent, quarterly inspections, helping to arrange needed repairs, dealing with tenants, etc. They have their own list of maintenance and repair people, available to the landlord. And they agreed to provide me with a photo as proof of inspection, which is important to me. So I'm pleased with them so far. They consider themselves to be very assertive in their operation, and so far I can say they have been. Adam was very prompt in responding to every phone call and email I sent, which is a big deal to me. I just got rid of a bad tenant who did damage to my place, so I have a stern attitude right now. Pacific Properties took that in stride and didn't try to diminish my concerns or sluff it off. I feel they will be an asset to me in managing my rental and I'd recommend them to other landlords and to tenants looking for a place to live.
Description of Work: They found me a new tenant and are providing month to month management of my rental.
