Northwest Termite Pest Control

I haven't seen any termites. I think they did a good job. The price was equal to what everybody charges, it was fair. I have no way to judge the quality, I just have to trust them. I haven't seen any problems pop up. Their responsiveness was fine. They've only been here once. The workers were respectful and they cleaned up after themselves before they left.

Northwest did the inspection and found extensive dry rot under the master bath as well as the termites in the floors. We'd had inspections every 5 years from a different termite company after seeing subterrainian termites, and that other company had never noticed the dry rot. I felt this was the best inspection by far.
We had to tent the home to address the termite problem.
Northwest also noticed a moisture problem in the crawl space and recommended a vapor barrier. We've been in our house for 18 years and always noticed problems with doors closing in the winter. Since the vapor barrier went in, this problem has gone away. I'm really happy it's finally fixed.
I only wish I knew about Northwest sooner. There was a lot of water damage under our bathroom that another well known company failed to notice over multiple inspections, and I wish we'd caught it sooner.

They are very professional and do what they say what they do. They did the work, came when they said they would. They did good work and I would reccomend them to others.

As it was a routine yearly inspection, they did not spray or do anything. They were reasonable and they were on time. They were reliable. I would continue to use them again in the future.

The job went unexceptionally well. They were very friendly. They explained things in quite detail. They presented us with three different options and gave us the pros and cons of each of them. When we met with the gentleman who came to give us the estimate we knew that they were a reliable company. I would use their services in the future also.

We had both kinds of termites; underground and infestation on walls. They did a really thorough check compared to the other company who came to our house. They worked with a longer guarantee than the other places that we checked with. They come out every year to inspect the house. They have a good follow up service too. They clean up after themselves and are punctual. They are polite and professional. Their price is a little expensive.
