- A live person answered the phone and spent considerable time with me prior to the appointment in a very friendly manner (Tam.)
- The woman who greeted me when I arrived was smiling and friendly, and immediately addressed my reason for being there, setting me up in your system without wasting any time whatsoever. This is Customer Service 101, but it's rarely followed. Even a simple smile is a great gesture that goes a long way.
- Tam spent a huge amount of time showing me how to use my computer, including features and programs I would never have used before (Apple's own Contacts, Mail and Calendar) and even a feature on my iPhone.
- NOTE: I was not there for any of this bonus info; I just came in because my computer was slow (needed more RAM or something...) Your pricing is very fair and reasonable.
I drove from Healdsburg because I wanted an Apple specialist. It was well worth the drive, even in rush hour. I will highly recommend you to my friends and associates.
