It looked great when they installed it, but after we walked on it a bit and after the house settled, all of the joints pulled apart, exposing the subflooring. I had another company tell me that it was installed incorrectly.

The job went well in spite of the fact that he had to come twice because of a mix up on the stair carpeting caused by the supplier. Bill and his assistant Enrique were prompt, professional, and competent. They did a very good job and were very reasonably priced. Bill was almost always easy to reach, and responsive. He had a couple of suggestions during the job that were different than we had initially planned, but his suggestions were good and made the job turn out better. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. We live in an old house with uneven floors, but Bill & Enrique were able to work with them.
