There was an $80.00 delivery charge and they brought them to my home on 6/27/2009. When they were there and I had the chairs in the house, they took up the whole room practically. I wanted them to take the chairs back and I said I will pay the delivery fee. They stated they do not take returns unless the merchandise is damaged. Then I called the main office back east and they said the same thing, they said they have a 30% restocking fee. On the bottom of the receipt, it states you cannot return merchandise and then also there is a restocking fee of 30% if you return the merchandise. The statement contradicts itself. I kept hounding them to get them out of my living room. They finaaly gave in and said they will charge me for the transportation. The fee ended up being $240.00 which was the re stocking fee and the delivery fee and I was told I could spend the remainder of the money for the chairs in their store. I want others to know that they do not return their own merchandise.
