Central Service Plumbing

The pipe burst at my recently widowed mothers house at 6 am and she had a geyser in her front yard.  Somehow the fire department showed up and got the water turned down, but still spewing, told her she needed to call a plumber.  By 7:30 she was calling plumbers, one after another, who could be there by 3, or in 60-90 minutes, never to arrive. Around lunch, she called Central Service Plumbing and Dino showed up quickly and got the water turned off and diagnosed the problem. And her didn't charge her an emergency call charge! 
When she asked for my assistance the next day as my father had always researched anyone he hirde to do work,  I called a few highly rated plumbers I had used at work in the past and was not able to talk to anyone who could be of assistance without charging $125 to look at the problem and couldn't get there that day.  I also called Dino to get an estimate.  When he returned my call, he explained the problem, the repair options, benefits and costs.  They showed up the next day and did the repair.  They had to dig up the yard, but avoided plants and landscaping as much as possible and discussed things as they went along.  When finished, they checked the water heater, dishwasher and all toilet and spouts. My mother is ectastic.
I have used several well rated plumbing services in SF for the commercial kitchen I manage, it is always an emergeny, and I do not received service like this and usually pay at least twice the hourly rate.  I am also ecstatic, they made my mom comfortable and happy, they were resonable and professional in the services they performed.

They were great! They were here when they said they would be. They took care of the problem. They were very nice to talk to. They checked the water pressure. They didn't over charge me. The price was good. I read a five star recommendation about him online.
