Bay Plumbing & Rooter

We just moved into a new house in Concord, and everything looked great. we ran the dishwasher for the first time and heard some dripping under the sink. We contacted our landlord, and he informed us the property had a home warranty and that a plumbing company would be contacting us to schedule an appointment. Bay Plumbing and Rooter called when they were supposed to, worked with my schedule to coordinte a best time, and the servicemen showed up when they said. Charlie and Eric introduced themselves politely and asked where the leak was. No fussy business, I felt comfortable with them in my kitchen, they asked if there were any other issues they could fix, and thanked me for the business. It was a simple fix, but they saved me the time and hastle of getting dirty under my sink. I would definitely use them again.
