Robert was prompt, thorough and fast. He even left me with a bottle of spray cleaner in case of future stains and stated that if any stains should return, he would come back and reclean it without a charge. I've had my carpets cleaned by several companies in the past but have never had them look this good when they finished. I will definitely be calling him in the future.

I had some painting done by someone recommended by the contractor who re-built my back staircase. The painter removed a sprinkler head. I'm sure to avoid stepping on it and breaking it. (He denied doing that) As a result when the sprinkler went on in the middle of the night, water poured into my basement, soaking my carpet. The contractor refused to accept any responsibility but did recommend World Class.
