They have not performed the work yet; however, I have had Jason do several plumbing jobs for me over the last ten years, and I know that his work is top quality and that his pricing is fair. Over the years he has changed out a water heater, installed a new shower fixture, re-mounted a toilet fixture, fixed numerous leaks in the yard, snaked out old sewer drains, and replaced many feet of sewer pipe (trenchless). So when the time comes for me to choose a plumber to re-plumb the entire property, I know that Jason will do a professional, top-notch job for the best price.

When he came to do the estimate to replace the faucet I also asked about the cost to deal with the water heater. He pointed out that a shorted out electric water heater is a huge fire hazard and can only be repaired, not replaced. I decided to proceed with both issues since the price he quoted was doable. While he was getting the new faucet and water heater, I had second thoughts about the new water heater. I was very interested in a tankless water heater, and he did some extra searching and research to confirm that there are no whole-house tankless electrical water heaters on the market.

The installation of the faucet was very quick, and he also removed and capped the soap dispenser hole for us. During the inspection of the new water heater, the city inspector did issue a correction notice with several items. Jason promptly came out to take care of them, and then arranged to come back during the re-inspection so that he could immediately take care of any additional corrections required and talk to the inspector about the reasoning behind some of the corrections so that he wouldn't encounter them again.

They were very clean and friendly throughout the experience.

Jason was the best! I had two other estimates on the work, one was double Jason's quote and the other was triple. Jason used the trenchless system for the sewer so my deck wasn't harmed, he gave me a 2 year guarantee on his labor, which I never had to call him on because his work was solid, and he explained everything he was doing, answering all my questions. Also, Jason worked with my work schedule and rather than have me wait at the house for 5 hours, he would call me when he was a half hour away from the house so I could meet him. And he always got there before me! I've recommended Jason to at least four of my friends who have been pleased with his work and honesty. I would highly recommend Jason.

Our bathtub was not draining. Another plumber came yesterday, tried snaking and told us that our old pipes (house is 60 years old) required replacement between the tub drain and our main sewer line, at a cost of $850. It seemed high, so we contacted three other plumbers for estimates. Victory was the first to arrive. Jason quickly re-diagnosed the problem and offered to attempt snaking -- at no cost to us if the snaking did not work. It took him about 5 minutes (or less!) to clear the line. We have never been so happy to pay a plumber's bill .... Victory Plumbing saved us about $700 today !!

Jason was great. The team was professional, courteous, and quick. Jason gave us a great deal as he was running a 30% special on sewer replacements. OTher companies bids for the replacement trenchlessly came to more than $8000. He told me that he used to work for Bonnnie Plumbing for 10 years before starting his own business. He worked with permits and inspections and came recommended from neighbors, so I felt confident with his skills and his quality. He replaced the dirt in our yard where he had to dig and did a great job. I'd use Victory again.

It was a good experience. They were punctual, they knew precisely what they were doing and they just did a really good job. The price was good and they did efficient work.

Jason and Jeremy came out and gave us a free estimate. We agreed on the terms and they began work that day. They removed the the old flooring, partial sub floor, toilet and vanity. Due to the extensive water damage they suggested we allow the remaining floor to dry out before they proceeded with further work. They returned a few days later to work on the bathroom laying the new, partial sub floor and linoleum. They also installed the new toilet and vanity and caulked the area around the tub. At all times Jason and Jeremy were concerned we were happy with the quality of the work and the materials. The final result exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to call Victory Plumbing again. We are planning on having them do work on our kitchen in the future. They are professional, prompt and they care about their customers. They take such pride in their work wanting their clients to have the best possible experience. They showed us that there are still hardworking, honest people around.
