Greg is extremely professional. I'd highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Exceeded my expectations and went beyond what was expected. For example, he fixed a lock that wouldn't close well, even though that was not part of the job and he was the one who noticed it, not me. He is the type of professional you want performing your jobs.

I am so pleased that I chose Under Lock and Key to replace my front door lock.
I just bought a home in Lincoln, and have been updating various parts of the home.
I had contacted Greg to simply rekey the existing lock, but I decided to change the outdated brass handle and deadbolt, with a new nickel set.
Greg was flexible enough to accommodate my request. In fact, he came out a day earlier than planned (it worked into both of our schedules).
Greg was pleasant, conversed politely with me, but maintained focus on the job to be done.
I am so impressed with the quality of his work that I plan to have him come out to replace all of the other door handles in the home (from brass to nickel, of course), and replace the deadbolts in the doors to the garage.
All in all, a great job done by a great locksmith!

The day before I was leaving on vacation, my car was broken into and my house keys and vehicle registration were stolen. The thieves now knew my address and had the key to my house. I called Under Lock and Key after reading positive reviews on Angies List. I explained the situation to Greg and he said he could come out that morning to rekey my locks. He arrived an hour later as promised and re-keyed all 4 locks in about a half hour. He cut me new keys and we were done! I was so grateful that he could respond quickly. I don't know how I could have gone out of town unless the locks were changed. He was very nice and extremely professional. I would definately recommend Greg and would absolutely call him again if needed. He charged me $94.60 which I feel was a fair price.

excellent job within half of the hour.
The price is very reasonable . Will use again .

It was a Saturday and i needed the locks changed on my home immediately. I called two other locksmiths before reaching Under Lock and Key. From the start this company was efficient and professional. The Owner arrived as soon as he could get there, changed my locks and he even oiled and fixed my mailbox lock all within a couple hours. His price was extremely fair. I will only use Under Lock and Key in the future.

The work was done on the same day we called. He showed up ahead of estimated time after calling us. The work was done quickly and without any hassle. He was very friendly and even gave me a discount for cash. He has earned my highest recommendation and we will definitely call him again.
