Four phone calls (SEP2016, NOV2016, JAN2017, APR2017) to schedule follow up repair service were met with excuses: "Truck broke down; family tragedy; will check schedule; two personal tragedies." Business owner/operator never responded either by phone, email, mail.
Description of Work: Residential, two-story home, A/C repair.
