Superior Air Systems: PO Box 181 Rocklin,CA 95677 (916) 624-8757 CA # 795816 Invoice # 4864 June 3, 2016 Failed to deliver follow up services after recharging A/C with dye injected refrigerant to detect system leak location. Four phone calls (SEP2016, NOV2016, JAN2017, APR2017) to schedule follow up repair service were met with excuses: "Truck broke down; family tragedy; will check schedule; two personal tragedies." Business owner/operator never responded either by phone, email, mail.
