They did a good job with the floor tiles, and a pretty decent one with the wall tiles. I am very demanding, and my judgment reflects any discrepancy from perfection. The floor tiles were not the easiest to set, as they were 1'x2' rectangles slightly arched in the middle, and the grout line was less than 1/16". The floor tiles were installed diagonally and with a brick pattern, which accentuated the difficulty of hiding the middle curvature. The wall tiles were the mosaic type. They did not float the wall perfectly, and the wall maintained a slight curvature that should have been removed. Many of the mosaic elements shed a shadow when lighted from above due to imperfect installation. I give them a B+ for the floor installation, and a B for the wall tiles. I later hired a slightly more expensive tile setter, who did two bathrooms, including the floors with the same tiles as the rest of the house. The more expensive tile setter did an absolute perfect job. See my report about him.
